Things are always busy for the PDS Vision Group, but November will be remembered not only for a host of events, but also as the month the Group changed direction in a positive and major step forward across the Atlantic.
PDSVision acquires Boundary Systems
The biggest news of all is of course the fact that we welcome into the PDSVision family Boundary Systems, as we invest into the west and beyond Europe for the first time.
This so soon after our successful re-brand of our Science Software division to PDSVision CAE, complete with new up to date website, had many noticing we don’t stand still in moving forward.

PDSVision Award Winners
November confirmed our growing presence in Europe as we also received the Power Partner award from PTC for FY2018.
Otto Wetterlin, CEO PDSVision AB told the audience that “It is a team win and a great effort from my fantastic colleagues, in service, support, training and sales. It is with professionalism, commitment and dedication we serve and create long-term value for our customers with best-in-class and award-winning solutions”.
Science Software is now PDSVision CAE
The business also expands its offerings with the complete ANSYS product portfolio. PDS Vision Group signed the agreement with ANSYS in the beginning of 2018 and are now expanding these offers for the Swedish market, through its new PDSVision CAE division.

ANSYS Innovation Days
The PDSVision CAE also got out and about to meet customers when attending the popular ANSYS Innovation days – A two-day event aimed at keeping customers and vendors up to date with news such as ANSYS new partnership with PTC.
The team saw the latest updates, guest speakers and caught up with the latest in Simulation Technology.

Creo & Windchill Events
To keep this momentum up, our Swedish division also hit the road to deliver a series of well attended PTC Creo & Windhill events in Stockholm, Gothenburg and our new offices in Lund. Customers were provided with an informal overview of the latest updates, to both Creo 5 and PTC Windchill with some user tips thrown in.
Jonas Hardner and our partner Signifikant attended Boti 2018 for the 3rd year running - Boti 2018 is an event designed to build awareness around technical process' and to help companies understand the value of this to their business. Jonas spoke to an audience from across the globe on the Correct management of spare part information, and how PDSVision brings value to customers with aftermarket information on products.
